Mango Cheese Cake Recipe

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes

Cooking Time:  5 Minutes

Chilling Time: 40 Minutes

Serves: 8 Persons




  • 400g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 200g Grated Cottage Cheese
  • 400g Chopped Mango
  • 75ml Water
  • ¼ tsp Mango Essence
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 2 tbsp Gelatin





Step 1:  Start by dissolving gelatin in water over a heated pan and keep it aside when it dissolves completely.  Mix cottage cheese, condensed milk, dissolved gelatin and mango essence in a blender and blend together.


Step 2: Add mango pieces, leaving few for decoration into the blended mixture and mix it well. Take a separate bowl and whip cream well. Pour mixture into the cream and beat well.


Step 3: Now rinsed a mold with cold water which is going to help you to unmold the cheese cake. Pour mixture into wet mold and put into refrigerator and chill till set.


Step 4: Unmold the mango cheese cake and garnish with remaining mango pieces on top. Cut it into slices and serve.
