Eggless Banana Cake: Perfect Teatime Snack Recipe

Eggless Banana Cake makes variation with old traditional Pain cake




  • 200g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 75g Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1tsp Baking Powder
  • 1tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 50g Soften Butter
  • 2cups Flour





Step 1:  Preheat the oven to 180 degree and alongside make ready greased dusted baking tin to pour cake mixture.


Step2:  Take a bowl and pour sweetened condensed milk mix with softened butter, beat together till creamy. Again add Curd and whisk it well and make sure all ingredients are nicely blended.


Step 3:  Take another bowl and sieve the mixture of flour, baking soda and baking powder. Gently, Fold the flour mix into the condensed milk mixture; add vanilla essence and mix well until its fluffy. Finally add mashed bananas into the cake mixture and mix well.


Step 4:  At last, pour the cake mixture into a 6" dusted baking tin and bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. You can use toothpick to check after 30 minutes if the cake is ready. If the stick comes out clean then its cooked perfectly else cook it few more minutes.


Step 5:  Once the cake is ready, take out and cool for 5 minutes and unmold it. The cake is now ready to slice and serve.
