Classic Vanilla Ice-Cream Recipe - USRG

Preparation time:  10 mins

Chilling time:  4-5 hrs

Serves: 6 People




1. 200g Sweetened Condensed Milk

2. 225ml Milk

3. 225ml Cream

4. 1tsp Vanilla Essence





Step 1: Whip the cream until its light and fluffy in a bowl.


Step 2: Pour Sweetened condensed milk, Regular Milk and Vanilla Essence into a separate bowl and whip to mix it well. Fold in the whipped cream and give a gentle stir until it mixed well.


Step 3: Pour the mixture into a mould and cover the mould with aluminum foil and chill till half set into the freezer.


Please Note:  Normally it takes couple of hours to chill the mixture till half set.


Step 4: Stir the half set mixture gently and put it into the freezer for 4-5 hours again to completely set.


Step 5: It's completely set and ready to serve into a ice-cream bowl, once you full the ice-cream bowl, you can pour some chocolate syrup from the top for garnishing. However, you can also sprinkle some tiny chopped peanuts to give a finish touch.
