Ingredients

8 Large eggs, separated
1 cup Powdered sugar
16 oz Dark rum (can substitute bourbon or brandy, or a mix)
1.5 pints Whole milk
1 pint Heavy cream
2 teaspoons Freshly grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon Almond extract (optional)

Directions
With a hand mixer, beat the egg yolks at medium-high speed until thick and pale yellow. Slowly add two-thirds of a cup of the powdered sugar and beat until fully dissolved. Add the rum (or other spirits of your choice), milk, heavy cream, nutmeg and almond extract and stir to combine.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 pork breakfast chops
1 cup all-purpose flour
Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon butter
Smashed new potatoes, for serving

Directions Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops. Mix the flour and some cayenne, salt and black pepper. Scour both sides of the pork chops in the flour mixture. Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
3 green tea bags
2 tablespoons honey
4 cups boiling water
2 cups sake, divided
4 stalks lemongrass, for garnish

Preparation

Mix mint leaves, tea bags, honey and boiling water. Let steep for 5 minutes; remove tea bags. Refrigerate until chilled.
 Divide among 4 large ice-filled glasses. Add 1/2 cup sake to each glass. Garnish with a stalk of lemongrass.
