1. 100g Sweetened Condensed Milk2. 2 Cups of milk3. 30g of Dates4. 20g of Almonds5. 1 big Banana6. 1 Cup Ice Cubes
Step 1: Soak the almonds and dates in 1 cup of milk for 10 minutes
Step 2: Blend milk, soaked almonds and dates along with the banana into a mixture and add 100g of sweetened condensed milk, remaining milk and 1 cup of ice cubes and blend well.
Step 3: Once the smoothie is blended well, pour into a jar and goes into refrigerator for chilling.
Step 4: Grab the smoothie from refrigerator and pour into glass and garnish with few chopped almonds
Note: You can also use apricot, prunes or other dry fruits.
