When we travelled to New Zealand, it was my first time to see large spinach leaves. We were in Coromandel when I first tried to cook them with pasta and they looked and tasted good. In Singapore, the spinach that is usually see in local supermarkets are small baby spinach. So I was glad when I saw the large varieties at Cold Storage in Plaza Singapura. Thought of cooking them with pasta, again. In less than 30 minutes, viola, Spinach Pasta! Albert enjoyed his pasta and stories about Popeye.
